Richard Butler - Chief Executive
Richard started technilink iT Ltd in 2000 as an IT consultancy, and in 2003 started to develop DigitalMeeting conferencing. By 2006 DigitalMeeting was ready to go to market. Since then Richard has been successful in growing technilink and the DigitalMeeting brand to become a major player in the conferencing world, and with the launch of the Licenced Business Manager Franchise has extended the customer base ten-fold. Leading the technilink Team to become finalists for the prestigious Winchester Business Excellence Awards for e-commerce in 2007, he was also extremely successful in becoming a finalist for the Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2008. He is married with a young son and is a keen tennis and cricket player in which he plays for a local Winchester team.

Christopher Bayliss - Chairman
Christopher joined us as Chairman in August 2007. He has over 25 years experience at mentoring Senior Management teams of corporations, including successful IT companies such as I-meta and Kewill as well as the Sales Pipeline Fulfilment and technilink. Using his proven strategic methodology to transform gold operations, leadership and development Christopher has proven ability to enable companies of all sizes to triple their company valuation in three years. Christopher has partnered with other companies to provide complementary, value-added services to address areas such as financing, company sale and corporate marketing.

Amy Silvester - Business Administrator
Amy joined the DigitalMeeting team in May 2008 as their Business Administrator, responsible for looking after both staff and clients. She has extensive customer service experience at all levels, having spent time dealing with a variety of international and national clients.
Amy is extremely passionate about the environment and as our expert in sustainability she ensures we practice what we preach and promotes and guides our clients in eco-friendly business. She is our representative at the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Sustainable Business Partnership, promoting sustainability within business. Having had extensive experience within the travel planning sector and providing advice to varied organisations, she is on hand to offer expert advice to our customers and partners wishing to reduce their Carbon Footprints.
Amy loves Winchester, to which she moved to in May 2006. Amy spends a lot of her time walking around the amazing surrounding countryside and enjoying the occasional public house garden. She is also keen on music and attends as many local gigs as possible.
