The DigitalMeeting offices based in Winchester have a full Video Conferencing room available to hire at very flexible and reasonable rates.

The room is light and airy with a large conferencing table that can seat up to 10 delegates or the room can be a ‘chair only’ layout and comfortably fit up to 15 delegates. Tea and coffee facilities are available and included in the cost of room hire.

Businesses have the option of either just hiring the room as a meeting space or hiring the room for international or global video conferencing. The room is available for evening as well as daytime sessions.

Rates

Video Conferencing Room Hire

From £75 per hour
(Payment of 25% deposit required upon booking)

Room Hire Only

£30 per hour
£200 per day (based on 8 hour day)
(Payment of 25% deposit required upon booking)

Both rates include:

Unlimited Tea and Coffee
Use of Flip Chart
Use of Wall Mounted Flat Screen LCD TV for presentations

Additional

We can provide light lunches at a cost of approx. £7 per delegate. Please call us to discuss your requirements.
