This comes in three forms.

To help you to reduce your overheads and increase your profits, we will work with your company on a joint business plan. This will help you to reduce your overheads and therefore increase your profits, by showing you how to use DigitalMeeting to its best effectiveness for your own individual needs.

The DigitalMeeting team in Winchester are at hand to answer any questions you may have, host roll out events, give refresher sessions or discuss how to integrate DigitalMeeting into any new projects you can think of. If you have an idea which would use conferencing we'll give you our expert advice on the best way to make it become reality.

On the technical side, your in-conference support comes from our teams who are available at any time. You can call them into a conference using either the phone or web controls and they will resolve any technical issues you may have.

If you need to bring somebody into an ongoing conference, they can do this too.
